Create the Change Day Bay Area is a fun-filled service event for youth hosted by Project Giving Kids (PGK). PGK is a nonprofit whose mission is to cultivate empathy in youth by connecting them to meaningful and age-appropriate service opportunities using online resources and a mobile app built for teens. On October 21, PGK will host its second annual Create the Change Day Bay Area. Create the Change Day brings our platform to life and provides youth with a tangible moment in which to experience the joys of giving back. Kids, teens, and families from San Francisco to San Jose will gather with local nonprofit organizations to complete a variety of service projects, right then and there, and learn about the ways they can also be of service long after Create the Change Day comes to an end. There will be music, snacks, raffle prizes, and other fun to keep the excitement going all afternoon! Come give an hour or two to help create the change in your community!
