A program called Neurosciences Foundation Exploratory Program (NFEP), a specialized enrichment program for high school students (grades 10-12) interested in applying for Undergraduate University degree programs in scientific research, neuroscience, engineering, psychology or pre-med. The program specifically focuses on topics relevant to those students passionate about studying the brain.

This program will consist of 8 weekly, 2-hour sessions. The program will be limited to 10 students to maximize individually tailored experiences for each of the students.

Workshops will take place in a classroom on Stanford's medical campus during after-school hours.

The focus of all lessons will surround scientific research as it relates to studying the brain. Topics included will be relevant to any student interested in pursuing the following majors: Neuroscience, Psychology, Bioengineering, and Cognitive Science.
