Executive Assistant Intern
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO on day-to-day tasks. These tasks may include scheduling events on the CEO’s calendar, updating vital documents for the CEO, and executing on other duties related to personal assistance as requested. This is a critical position which can only be assumed by someone who is organized, detailed, flexible, and committed to confidentiality. Multi-tasking; strong research; and exceptional time management skills are required.
When? Minimum 15-20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 to 4 months.
Where? Ideal candidates are available to work out of our San Francisco office 3-4 days/week (Monday through Friday).
